Hi,
I never agree with regionalism. It only can cause troubles for Viet nam.
But from what I knew, I have to agree that some unfair things had =
happened in  distributing scholarships to Aus.
The reason is not regionalism but rather is money. Todays bribery can =
occurr everywhere.I feel very sad about it and don't know when things =
will be better.
