Dear friends,

This is a warning issued to ba'c Thuan <thuanqt@mail.com> for violating
VNSA Rules. His recent posting with a letter claimed to originate from Tran
Do is considered a political sensitive matter and is not allowed to be
discussed on VNSA. All future follow-ups on this topic are also prohibited.

We would like to advise that ba'c Thuan be more cautious his future
postings and consult with Moderators before sending to VNSA anything that
may violate the Rules. Repeated violation will result in more severe
disciplinary measures.

Just a reminder, ba'c Thuan or anyone who wishes to comment on this warning
is required to do so by sending PRIVATE MAIL to Moderators. Discussion of
administrative matters publicly on VNSA will be ignored and may be
considered violation.
