Eckert-Mauchly Award

The Eckert-Mauchly Award is administered jointly by the ACM and IEEE-Computer Society and is presented at the annual International Symposium on Computer Architecture (ISCA). The award is given for contributions to computer and digital systems architecture where the field of computer architecture is considered at present to encompass the combined hardware-software design and analysis of computing and digital systems.


Maurice Wilkes Award

The Maurice Wilkes Award is presented at the annual International Symposium on Computer Architecture (ISCA). The award is given for an outstanding contribution to computer architecture made by an individual whose computer-related professional career (graduate school or full-time employment) began no earlier than 20 years prior to the time of nomination.
