Comments:
Holy cow, did that hurt!
My HR didn't seem to be getting much above 200, but I was working awfully 
hard.  It would get down to 140-150's between efforts.  My strength 
decreased noticeably from one interval to the next.

It seemed that my legs just weren't going. I had intended to do zone 4 intervals of 20, 20, 15 minutes for 55 mins total, but decided to stop and spin for awhile because I just wasn't going anywhere. My HR wasn't even there! My legs gave out before my lungs did. Anything I did was just hard. My HR was mostly in the upper 170's when I was working, sometimes the low 180's. While spinning it was ~130-160.
