  Hope you don't think that all DHS and North VNmese think like Anh Tran 
Minh Tien does.
  It is wrong to think that the job of politicians is so high that people
cannot understand. I think this inferior feeling to politicians and the 
superior feeling to non-expert out side the specifific profession are 
consequences of a common syndrom.
  In fact, if somebody cannot tell clearly what he is doing in few 
sentence so that every body can understand, he probably does not understand
the matter as well ( or he is cheating).
  Politics is a balance between the governing class and the intellectuals. 
The structure of society is built in a very unlucky way that if you are 
doing something very well you will be promoted untill you will become 
quite useless. So politicians always need a feed back from the people
because in their position they are quite blind to many problems.
  Politics is always clear and understandable as everybody have been playing 
that game. Probably, we don't understand the practical details but 
nothing mysterious that we cannot think about. It would be wrong, if we 
go home and say :" Hey I want to try few missiles and let me do that" or
" I want to fight with the Chinese let me do that". 

   More that being able to think about that, we must also think about that.
DHS owed to VN a duty, but should not be a slave of any idea of taking 
advantage of that trivial fact to excercise a monopoly. There are many ways
to serve the duty, among them there are nontrivial ways that are not obvious
for others and it is a personal matter for each DHS to decide to choose 
his/her way.

   Twenty five years ago, the old style cadres also used this logics: You 
came by the MONEY of government so you have to listen to ME, and I tell 
you that you should cut your hair in the style I IMPOSE. NO COMMENT , 
SHUT UP, you are kids and cannot understand how important the hair style is.
Hopefully, young generation of DHS is more initiative and independent in 
thinking. Even in VN that style is not acceptable now.
