Hi Frank and all,

I think you made a mistake here : the author of "Co^ La'ng Gie^`ng" is
Hoa`ng Quy'. The story of Hoang Quy was very tragic. He died of love lost
due to "c^o la'ng gie^`ng". And this is how this famous song was made.

Hoang Quy has a famous younger brother Hoa`ng Phu' (T^o Vu~). T^o Vu~ was
the author of the song "Em dde^'n tha(m anh mo^.t chie^`u mu+a". The
story of how this song was composed is also recounted in a recently
published book "Chuye^.n ti`nh ca'c nha.c si~ tie^`n chie^'n" by Le^ Hoa`ng
Long. Also in this book, the stories of Pha.m ddi`nh Chu+o+ng, Hoa`ng Tro.ng,
Du+o+ng Thie^.u Tu+o+'c.. and their famous songs are told vividly.

Cheers,
