I forgot to say that the conclusion of the report by

(All this proves that : the culprit who caused the terrible famine in 
Vietnam in 1945 was Japan-France, with Japan as the main responsibility)

I saw the photographs by Vo An Ninh. They were too distressful to see 
with thousands of corpses died in many ways. The children died in the 
arms of their parents in a shocking skinny frames, whole family perished 
on the streets, in the gutters, roadsides.. You have to be strong to see 
these.
