Help for ESL teacher

Hi
        I have an american friend who is professional ESL (English as Second
Language) teacher. He wants to go to VN to teach English. He demands NO
MONEY but accomodation during his stay in VN (several months) and, if
possible, air fare from/to VN.

        Does anyone know where and to whom he may seek contact ???
