I agree with you in such a point. But all the arguments i
just gave , of my opinion is only the sufficient condition. For
Vn to make a same success as tigers 30 years ag we need
necesarry condition. Well of course other necessary condition for
Vn to become a tiger is easy to understand for eveybody here in
VNSA. Of course I don't want to write down here only since the
admi. do not forum vnsa b to become a political fights forum.
Anyway, some of your arguments are quite clear and in fact,
there is a lot of thing VN ave to do. When VN becomes a real
tiger, that's a question not for VN as a nation, but for
goverment VN , it depends much on whether they can change their
mind or not. C
