Help to find out an appropriate hospital in Hanoi to receive donation

Hi, everybody !

Is there any medical doctor in the forum vnsa, who has worked in the
branch in any hanoi hospital in the past ?

We have donated some surgeon sets of instruments and medical eqiptments
(pacemaker and so) from german hospitals and we would like to send it to
Vietnam now. 

Can you tell me, which hospital in Hanoi needs this kind of medical
instruments most. (We don't like to send it to big hospitals like
Vietduc, Vietso or so !)

Any advice will be appreciated.
