Dear anh Vu Nam,

There is a reason, for which it would be highly desirable to send the
donation rather to poor equipped hospital. I didn't want to post it but
your critics forces me at least to make here some declaration. In short
we have recently nothing but trouble when we tried to send a valuable
donated equipment to one big hospital in Vietnam.
So we don't like to have this time the same experience again

We do think over about the efficiency of using these sets of instruments
and apparatus in the small clinics, too, and have no doubt about an
absolutely usefulness of the donation

About your last criticism: please don't ask me why I've named Hanoi as a
potential receiver. I think that goes without saying, when people tend
to adhere themselves to their root.

So please give us advice and suggestion, not criticism
