Thank you for your reply. Your intention is reasonable. Sorry if my
previous mail seems to be a criticism. I had no intention to do so, just
wanted that your donation would be highly appreciated. 
My suggestion, how about Sanh-Pon (St. Pon???), Thanh Nha`n or Viet-Cu
(Vietnam-Cuba) hospitals. They all are located in HN and have enough
capacity to use your apparatus. The lower rank hospital may not be able
to operate sophisticated devices like pacemaker and so.
