Hi,

I dont know what you mean when you quote his name: Is Stefan Brand a
good or a bad one ? I listened to his seminar at the ETH Zurich a year
(or two) ago. I am a novice in cryptography but have had the feeling
that he is a great guy. Anyway he is not a plagiarist like our TS
Tuye^'n and I also know that all conferences in cryptography have a
blind reviewing procedure and forbidden any implication about the
authors' identity (if you do so you risk a rejection without further
consideration - any cryptographer can confirm that?) so that David
Chaum's name cannot be a reason.
Please explain more about the incidence with his four papers, it's
interesting!
Thank you,
VH
