# Section 3 Research Groups


📗 I will organize research groups for interested students (optional) during the semester to work on small projects:
➩ Weekly one hour in-person meetings (can be used to replace the 5% participation scores).
➩ Participation in a competition at the end of the semester (performance will not affect grades in the course).
➩ These projects are not aimed at publication, and you will not get paid for research assistant-ship this semester.

📗 Meetings (not all weeks, check Slack for announcements):
➩ Mondays 11:00 to 12:00 on Zoom: Link
➩ Wednesdays 12:00 to 1:00 in person Morgridge Hall 3675.
➩ Wednesdays 3:00 to 4:00 in person Morgridge Hall 6618.
