Madrid bank's interactive visitor center

Multi-lingual touch-screen robots in Spain that accomplish a goal similar to ours:

The bank’s robots provided us a good starting point, but early in the design process we imagined some issues these robots would encounter at the Union. The Union, for example, is a lot smaller than this bank, and probably wouldn’t need (nor have space for) an army of mobile robots. Its hallways can be narrow and crowded at times. Also, any mobile robot would have trouble navigating the Union’s multiple floors.
