Finally, we compiled our design ideas and models to design a set of behaviors for BernE. BernE’s the next best thing to getting directions from an actual human: He notices and initiates conversation with you if you appear lost, gives you a simple set of verbal directions, and offers you a map specific to his current location and your destination. He can also help you with other inquiries, or direct you to another source of information if he doesn’t understand.
