A Great Asset

BernE adds a lot to a building’s lobby. First and foremost, he’s an additional (and practical) information source. He’ll often answer people’s questions quicker than a map or person could, considering he can simply print out the map and hand it to the user. Unlike a large building map or a generic handheld one available at an information desk, BernE’s maps need no interpretation.

He also adds character to a building. People aren’t always in the best mood when going to a meeting or appointment, but a brief interaction with BernE might cheer them up beforehand. Since he’s kid-sized, he’ll also appeal to children. Many people who don’t want to hassle with a large map but also want to avoid human interaction will naturally gravitate toward BernE.

There are many other potential benefits to having a robot like BernE. He can save money, either by replacing an employee or by helping people quickly reach their destinations in settings where time is money. For institutions that wish to appear modern, BernE adds a cutting-edge feel without seeming too excessive. Plus he’s just a lot of fun!
