I've seen them improve no end over the past 12 months and if it hadn't been for their odd insistence that 'Gabrielle' was released in the midst of the Xmas rush, it would be a high-flying single e'en now as I write. The music is a rowdy amalgam of punk 'n' pop, mixing silly skanking with full frontal thrashes like 'Hit Parade' and, God help us, a 90 mph version of Petula Clark's 'Downtown'. Watch them get bigger. From little waifs do big stars grow.
