Notes: This circulated for a long time as the only known Nips bootleg. Sometimes labeled as 1978 or 1980, but was probably recorded in 1979, because Shane mentions their new single, "Gabrielle". It is also sometimes labeled "100 Club" instead of "101 Club". One person has verified that the Nips did play at the 101 Club on Oct. 14, so this seems like a likely date. The sound quality is not perfect, but it is possible to find copies with relatively little tape hiss. The show is similar to "Only The End Of The Beginning", but they do play "Private Eye", which we don't get to hear live otherwise! There are no "official" cover graphics, just ones designed by fans. Download a CD Cover in PowerPoint format, or make your own, and feel free to submit it!

Notes: This small video clip aired on German TV just as the Nips broke up. It does not include the
entire song. It circulates on VHS tape and the audio portion also circulates on cassette tape and CD-R.
The video and .mp3 can be downloaded in the Multimedia section. As far as I know, this is the only surviving Nips video footage! The clip is also included
in the "If I Should Fall From Grace" documentary on Shane.

NEW! Polish Postcard Singles:
All the Time in The World
Gabrielle
|
|
Polish Postcard singles are bootleg flexi discs with one song on them. They look like postcards and can play in normal record players. The front usually features a typical postcard picture and the back describes what song is featured. Pictured above are two Nips Postcard Singles for All the Time in the World and Gabrielle. There were probably more - if you have pics of any I'd love to see them!
