My Father, Mr. S.H. Krishnan, works as a Senior Executive in the Research and Development (R&D) Division at Tata Steel, Jamshedpur. He moved in to Jamshedpur in 1972.He's the world's best dad (I know everyone would say so about their own dads but I still say mine is the best of them all :-)). The simplest and nicest person one would ever have seen on earth.He is a great sport, very sociable and a highly talented dramatist. He has been awarded the prestigious title of 'Nataka Mani'(meaning Pearl of Dramatics) and has also been nicknamed "Jamshedpur Kamalahaasan".
My Mother, Mrs. Kanthi Krishnan, works as the Vice-Principal of DBMS Career Academy, which is a school(under IGNOU) for students who find it difficult to cope up with regular syllabus of the National or State Boards. She has put in more than 12 years of service and is a great teacher too. She did her Masters in Economics from Kerala University and secured a State Rank of 2nd.My mom has a heart of gold...she is everything for me and is the sweetest,kindest and most caring mom in the whole universe.Of course, her cooking and dedicated prayers are commendable. She also sings well and I have my musical roots inherited from her.
My Sister, Srividya, is an MCA Post-Graduate from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore. She did her Bachelors in Mathematics from MOP Vaishnav College for Women in Chennai and did her schooling from the same school as me in Jamshedpur.She also worked at Tata Consultancy Services for a year or so.She is now married and lives with my Athimber(or Jeejaji) Mr. V. Ramesh in Fairfax, Virginia, USA.She is not only dear to me as a sister but also as my best friend.Her marriage is one of the most memorable occasions in my life.She is also a naturally talented dancer and great at cooking too!Hope to learn some of her culinary skills soon :-)
