Hi folks,

I understand that some of the stories from this ba'o VN service 
stink (have very low quality). I highly suspect that this "qua?n tu+o+.ng"
story is also one of those bad stories (just by looking at the very first 
sentences of each paragraph; I don't have time to read the stories).

Unfortunately, we may need to bear with such things for a while longer.
It turns out that making our preferences and tastes known to those
who are choosing news articles is much much harder than I originally
thought. It seems like we are stuck with some one whose tastes in choosing
and reading ba'o VN are radically different from ours. I am working on 
this. In the mean time, you also need to make your tastes known to us, so 
that we can convey it properly to those who are choosing articles.

If you have read an article, and found it of low quality, pls let us
