Theo toi, trong cac cong ty tu nhan My, chu Director va Manager dung de chi
nhung vi tri khac nhau kha xa: Directors are top management, they make up
the Board of Directors, whose decisions are strategically important for the
business as a whole. Managers consist of all the lower levels of
management and are responsible for day-to-day business activities. The
difference between directors and managers is more apparent in big
corporations.

Toi dang tap tong hoc lai xe nen moi lo mo tim hieu su khac nhau giua
HIGHWAY va FREEWAY: FREEWAYS are basically HIGHWAYS with less or no traffic
lights. So when you are on a FREEWAY, you surely are able to cruise at a
higher speed than on a HIGHWAY.
