1. How do I Sink hitories from another computer?

The easiest way is to mount one of the computer throgh a network or the internet.
Example: an iBook and a Power Mac.

1. Go to iBook's Network Preference in System Preference and turn on Personal File Sharing
2. Have the two computers be in a network
3. On the Power Mac, go to "Connect to Server..." under Finder's "Go" Menu
4. Click browse
5. Select Your iBook
6. Select either the Hard drive ( if you are the administrator ) or your Home direcotries of the iBook
7. Select the Home path in this mounted volume in Sink OR if you selected your Home to mount, simply select it. They both should have a cube like blue icon

Home directory is where you store most of your personal files by Mac OS X 's default This directory has the icon that looks like a house, in it has many other folders such as Documents, Music, Movies, and so on.
