Going into the wind was slow, coming home was fast. Feel great!

Date: 12/12/98 TTB: 2:00AM Slept: 8 hours Morning HR: Feeling: 6 Performing: 6 Weight: Workout: Rollers early afternoon 75 minutes in zones 2-3 (probably) Comments: I put my HRM transmitter on today and it actually worked for about 5 minutes. It said I was in zone 3 for those 5 minutes. I was trying to think about math so I didn't listen to music or anything and it was pretty boring. Did I mention that I raised my saddle a little more? I'm liking my new bike a lot except for I want to change the size of the chainrings.

I was well rested and energrtic. I haven't done pullups that well since last year. I was supposed to take today off, but I didn't realise it until I was already at the Serf, so I just did my Monday workout.
