Open Telent program , if you don't know where it is,
    you could click on Find / Files or Folders and search " telnet.exe "

Double click on 

I recommend to make a shortcut in desktop or in start.
 
 

On the Telnet window , 
    click on Remote System in Connect from menu bar

In Host Name box, 
    Put alpha(first letter of your email address).csd.uwm.edu
    ex) If your email address is jkim@csd.uwm.edu, your server is alphaj.csd.uwm.edu
 
 

 
Once you connect to the account , the address will be stored so you could just click to connect next time.
